Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor will manage a variety of warehouse activities, such as dock management, warehouse cleanliness, inventory management, and ensuring picking standards are being met by all Team Members. They may also assist with outdates and breakage, receiving and stocking as time allows. Responsibilities Effectively communicate with the Load Crew TM's on goals and performance: encourage, excite and engage the team in order to improve communication and retention Supervise and lead the warehouse load crew to ensure timely and accurate loading and unloading of product. Maintain dock management and effective workflow throughout the loading process Maintain clear communication between warehouse, delivery, and sales teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly Enforce company policies and safety procedures, promoting a clean and organized work environment Track productivity, attendance, and performance metrics for the load crew Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed to support team operations Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations Take lead with location inventory management, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies Ensure all products are handled safely and accurately to maintain quality standards and prevent damage. Utilize computer technology along with the Warehouse Management System to get the job done HOURS Full time Monday-Friday, 11:00AM to completion #J-18808-Ljbffr
