Warehouse Supervisor Our client, an automotive company, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for their Roanoke, TX location. Responsibilities include overseeing UAW, counseling and supporting hourly employees, addressing performance behaviors, using problem solving processes, applying workplace organization, performing daily timekeeping, conducting daily meetings, performing safety observation tours, planning daily workloads, supporting colleagues, observing contractual requirements, enforcing shop rules, performing daily SOP audit checks, advancing skills through an individual development plan, and keeping the general supervisor shop committee apprised of all pending activities. Requirements include knowledge of manufacturing processes, basic math, strong written and verbal communications skills, understanding of basic technology, knowledge of scheduling and management systems, analytical ability, interpersonal skills, knowledge of quality control procedures, a high school diploma with 1-2 years of technical or business school training, and training in skilled trades or equivalent technical training.
